Building bridges and reflecting

Take the time to build a trusting relationship (a bridge) and to reflect. It’s so hard to take that time with the way that the system is set up to be so busy, rushed, and fast-paced. However, to provide nurturing care, we have to be patient and give this process the time that it requires.
